Why can't you stop your witchhunt(s)? We all know your opinions on Reason, Trackers, magazines, etc. but still you repeat each one at every opportunity and it is tediousxg2 wrote:Exactly. Everyone has a lot of fun calling out the negatives of FLS. So why not call out the negatives of Reason?Ben [KVR] wrote:Why can't you stop your witchhunt(s)? So, why don't you let everyone else discuss what they want to discuss without interrupting with your constant diatribe against the chosen subject matter.
It would be very much appreciated by many around here

It's just studio gear!!!
He likes being hated. His self loathing needs the confirmation that he gets from trolling forums. Being banned validates both his lack of worth and his paranoid superiority complex. It gives him meaning.Ben [KVR] wrote:Why can't you stop your witchhunt(s)? And BTW Xg2, the only reason (no pun intended!!) why I never brought Reason is because it doesn't have an open format like FLS, Orion, & Project5.xg2 wrote:Well argued...vurt wrote:xg2 wrote:Why can't people just admit they're wrong?
ok ill start the ball rolling
im sorry everybody i was wrong![]()
xg2 is a c**t,and you were all right
I see you failed to address this point:
"(because just adding VST support to Reason would make it "unstable", whereas running ANOTHER app. with VST support is, of course, a lot more "stable", right?)"
Like I said, it's just like the SOS forum here - the same old aggressive, foul-mouthed individuals come back, with no logical debate, just swear words. Well done.
Sorry to contradict you Tony, but some of us basically come here for constructive and informed discussion. Ben is quite right that diatribes against Reason - or for that matter FL - are tedious and a pointless waste of energy.TonyVanDam wrote: Everyone has a lot of fun calling out the negatives of FLS. :O)
I'm a true fan of FLS. And believe me, the negative statements that people have made about Reason is nothing compare to most of the foolishness that has been aim at FLS (and that was before the release of FLS 5).headquest wrote:Sorry to contradict you Tony, but some of us basically come here for constructive and informed discussion. Titles of recent threads include:
"Reason 3.0...WTF??!"
"FL5 SUXXX"
"Just for fun ... the worst ____ ever!"
...and so on.
Basically some of us are now getting sick and tired of the inanity and puerile attitude that some KVR-ers have been displaying. Worse still - we're getting drawn in to it ourselves![]()

.
Let's face it, these threads can be amusing, but ultimately they are self-defeating because we all end up descending to the level of lowest common denominator (in this case the frankly absurd xg2)
KVR is a great forum which has the respect of many in the industry. At its best it is a brilliant source for news, comment, user reviews, and advice from "power users" when we lesser mortals need help. Developers are often all-too-willing to get involved in the chat and lend advice and support to those who need it.
Tossers like xg2 are dragging KVR down, and I hope there is a positive way for that to stop.
The author of "Just For Fun...The Worst Pop Diva In The Last 3 Decades!!!!!" proves that irony isn't dead.TonyVanMad wrote:I'm a true fan of FLS. Nonetheless, everyone has a right to their opinions. And it a damn shame that some people can't respect other people's opinions.![]()
I'm all in favor of these "tossers" to be treated like Ron Artest and be punish for the rest of the season!
I'm serious! Whatever it takes to bring back the peace in KVR, so be it.
