It’s all about processing sounds in the mix and getting them sounding how you want them.
Do you not perceive a difference in soundstage or depth when you hear two different synths?

Or do you mean you don’t see why it’s an issue that different synths have different soundstage or depth because it can all be processed and mixed to a producer’s liking anyway?

I don't think one is still doing so, but for sure the other one is, and he indeed is one of the top Reggae and Dancehall producers locally, and Nexus is his go to sound source.

Yes, I recall that. Thanks for mentioning again. Good to know that. :)

The only way now if for me to see how best I can make of use of it. Hopefully it will work and be worth the amount I spent on it.

Not seeing the Vintage Synths expansion on the website yet...

Post

I doubt we'll see it before January. Actually wondering whether they're going to pull off releasing it just after their sale has ended.

Post

Yeah, but Manuel did say a few times it will be end of this year, even on Facebook. I am only looking forward to it because it does not seem to be a typical Nexus expansion. If it is released after the sale has ended, I would probably change my mind, and so would many others I guess. But I also think that the sale might be extended for a few days.

Let's see if it will be out in the next few hours.

Post

It is a strong possibility that Manuel can only say when it is finished and may not have ultimate control when it is released.
