Unfortunately this is the PA marketing strategy that's are the same prices of the megasale XD I'm not a big FAN of them but I've to say that some of their instruments really work, I personally wait for a fairy price when I'm interested in something.

PA has a SPL Mo-Verb Plus.
Googling, I found a free version, called SPL Mo-Verb. Searching for "mo-v" I cannot find it on PA's All Plugins.
So now I wonder, is that non-Pro version legit?

I don't know if Mo-Verb was ever free. I got it with Mo-Verb Plus (same as De-Verb Plus and Attacker Plus). I think they were just older versions.

as the upgrade/crossgrade offers are mostly more expensive than the sale prices, that's probably not a major problem.

Tried to buy bx_shredspread with my $25 voucher, but... "requires the cart total to be greater than $32"
So I spent even more time to find something in the $2.1 - $19 range I'm willing to buy - in vain.
If I valued my time in $, PA discounts have cost me way more than they offer

Not really - the mega-sale always is extended to some days in the next month. But it's the first time that they change the name of the sale (and I think that it's the first time that they send the monthly vouchers during the sale). Last year the mega-sale was extended and they released a $21 voucher.

I haven't used a $25 voucher since they put the minimum spend on it. Takes it out of impulse buy territory for me.
