This "joke" is a masterpiece of contemporary music.
But of course you don't know it. You are not "indoctrinated".

The way that it is written tells me, I do not want to know.
It is not that I am not able to read it. Or even worse, not able to comprehend its real music\sound rendition. (keep in mind that I've been listening death metal and "crazy" music since I was 8yo ).

how would your notation deal with this?

I do not know. First I need to hear it. Or at least someone pretending to be able to perform it.
I read "change of timbre", something in those lines.

Is this an attempt at notation synth modulation or wavetable-like time variations before modern DAWs had such parameter automations. I am sure the analogue synths also had some automation capabilities.

to be honest, that shot often gets presented in other forums as "hurr durr, modernist music is stoopid". I had to run a quick search to check it was from Kontakte.

All in all, here in KvR there is a forum for sound design.

To be honest, you can hear such sounds in most modern computer games.
They are usually made by teenagers and indie-developers or hired by Game and Film studios.
Maybe they have been inspired by the work of Karlheinz Stockhausen, I do not know.
I am not so much into Sound Design myself. Not at all.
