MTurboEQ bug?

Hi everybody,

I noticed that in the Pulmeld preset in MTurboEQ the numerical values for frequency in continuous mode are wrong for the Mid 1 & 2 Bands. The values between 700 and 1000Hz don't make any sense. Not a real problem, sorry if this has already been reported :)

Also the default preset of the Pulmeld has Peak 1 boosted and Peak 2 cut. Is this on purpose?

Another thing I noticed: All Peak EQs in all presets do not cramp towards the nyquist frequency. Except for the Motor Town preset, which definitely cramps. This behaviour then disappears in the oversampling modes. Is there a particular reason for this?

Rally love this plugin!

I spotted this recently and already fixed it. It will be in the next update. Thank you for letting us know 😊
As for the cramping in Motor Town, I will check on this...

Great, thanks! (...and thank you for the quick reply!)

Yeah, the cramping... obviously I only noticed it because I was playing around in Plugin Doctor. The preset sounded great either way.

Speaking of which: Is there any plan to add a "de-cramp" button to the other EQs? Is this something other users are even interested in?

Yeah, the cramping is why I always use oversampling with the melda eq's. It's a bit annoying, would be nice if the shape was identical regardless.

I will fix the Motor Town, so it will not cramp from the next update.

As for anti-cramping in our other EQs, check the peak type "peak analog" in MAutoDynamicEQ, this should do the trick.

Ah, thanks for the hint!
