Hi ! I'm trying to record one midi track output to another track as is explained on that video:
(Tracktion Waveform 11 Pro: Capturing Arpeggiator Output to a MIDI Clip)
I'm on Waveform 11.5 Pro and the recording menu is not the same. I got this "Route midi from track" that is not on the video and despite I select on that routing midi menu the track I want to record nothing is recorded. Any idea ??

Do you have something on the source track that is blocking midi, like a synth perhaps? Try disabling that plugin and try again.

Yeah, that synth may capture MIDI and convert it to audio; and not pass through the MIDI events. You can disable those VST's to see if MIDI is truly passing through or getting "eaten" by one of the VST's. Not sure if the volume control will also fail to passthru MIDI events...
