Sound factory changing instrument

Hi, I've been trying to use the monastery grand piano with the sound factory player. Everyting works fine, I can open it in my daw (tracktion waveform) and even play it with a midi keyboard. The problem comes when I try to record. When I am recording, as soon as I play a note, the instrument changes to the first intrument in alphabetical order (witch I don't have a liscence for). It also does this when play a midi track that was already recorded, or when I try to render one. So as soon as I try to actually do someting with the plugin, it becomes unusable and I don't hear any sound. Is this normal or can I fix it?

Hi, that sounds like you are sending program change somehow, I assume you have set your DAW to do that for some reason.
