Jump over marked region or jump to another point in the timeline

Hi,
I am searching for a way to jump over a certain region when playing a song in Tracktion.
Imagine having a song with verse, chorus, interlude and then quickly checking how it sounds if I directly go from verse to interlude.
In Reaper or Cubase I can simply define a marked region and then "reverse" it. With this, the song will play from before the marked region and then automatically jump from the beginning of the marked region to its end.
I was hoping to find anything like that in Tracktion, either by reversing the order of left and right marker (as in Cubase) or by using some extra shortcut like Alt + Space (as in Reaper).
Is there such functionality in Tracktion?
If not, is there a way to replicate it?

Currently reconsidering Waveform as I discovered some very interesting updates in version 11.x
Is there anything new in version 11.x that also comes close to the described functionality from above.
I have been googling for "skipping sections", "reverse loop" or "playback settings" but couldn't find anything.

Interesting video, thanks. What I learn from it, is this:
Entering marker's numbers can be used to navigate between markers/position and that also works during playback.
To some extent I could use that. The little different is that I want the DAW to do that for me, play from A to B and then automatically jump to C.
I want to be able to listen to different arrangements of a song.

I see what you mean now. You would like to be able to create a 'playlist' for the markers? You can't do that as far as I know. However the Pro version has an Arranger track which enables fairly quick swapping around of sections. Not exactly as instant as a playlist though.
EDIT: Ooops sorry @SteffHell, I've just seen the other thread and you know about this!
Here's a video on this functionality

The origin of the term "Edit" as meaning a set of tracks playing together (more or less) originated, I believe, from Jules using film editing terminology for the bits and pieces in the original versions of Tracktion (plug-ins used to be called "filters", IIRC). Edits were later extended in scope so that it became possible to insert an edit into another edit, perhaps several times. As far as I can recall, one of the intentions with this was to allow a song (or piece, or project) to be made up from smaller parts. An edit might be the backing (or whole of) a verse or chorus or intro, etc. I don't know whether people created song parts as separate edits. This kind of idea could allow for an easily editable (or copyable-and-editable) master edit within which nested edits of smaller parts could be added or removed. Perhaps you could create a new edit, copy your main one to it, and then remove a few bits.SteffHell wrote: Fri Jan 07, 2022 3:33 pm Interesting video, thanks. What I learn from it, is this:

I think this is a really neat idea. Obviously moving parts around with the Arranger track can mostly replicate it, but that requires several steps, splits up audio clips, messes with automation, and has to be CTRL-Zed if you don't like it. It feels like a commitment to actually move sections around. Instantly auditioning sections in any sequence would be a killer feature for songwriting.

The idea of such a feature seems obvious since it is already implemented half.
With a normal loop you can play a section and then have the DAW automatically jump from right marker to left marker.
Adding the possibilty to do the same thing just the other way around with a jump from left to right marker, you can audition all possible arrangements.
Thinking about it, I agree that what I am looking for could also be described as a marker playlist or similiar, it is just that I first saw such function in DAWs where it was part of loops.
