They are quite a small team, perhaps have a few more team members than yours. There are only 2 developers last I heard. Checking in with forums is something they occasionally do.impete wrote: Fri Jan 14, 2022 1:22 pmThanks for the info!zzz00m wrote: Fri Jan 14, 2022 1:21 pmTracktion official support is a web based zendesk portal.impete wrote: Fri Jan 14, 2022 8:32 am I've now mailed Tracktion support directly to ask about the MIDI routing problem, as there was no response in their forum.

And I just need to make this redundant post to push my count up enough to kill the warning on that thread about links from newbie posters

I just purchased Wotja 22 Pro for Windows (Win 10 user here). The standalone version seems to be running fine, although I've only been playing with it for a couple of hours. However, I cannot find the VST3 version of Wotja in my Wotja directory in my Documents folder. I tried re-installing from the Microsoft Store, but no joy - no Wotja.vst3 file anywhere. Perhaps I missed something or need to install/download it separately? Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.

Updated to 22.06 on Windows 10 but VST3 scanning hasn't improved for me. It seems to fail rather arbitrarily: I've tried removing VSTs that cause Wotja to exit but then it fails on VSTs that seemed to previously be OK. It's a rather a painful game of whack-a-mole with no prize in sight. I'm going to wait until there is a confirmed fix for this.
On a positive note, I have been using it in Reaper and routing MIDI to various instruments (at 44.1 kHz). It's quite nice to have parallel tracks of different sound sources working away and being able to adjust things on the fly.

The Wotja vst3 file is hidden away in Program Files > WindowsApps. Just launch Wotja standalone and browse Help>Show the Wotja VST3 Plug-in. It will open up the file location in Explorer and you can then copy and paste it to the VST3 folder (also has a shortcut under the Help menu)syncline wrote: Sat Jan 15, 2022 3:39 am However, I cannot find the VST3 version of Wotja in my Wotja directory in my Documents folder. We're working hard to try to improve this for new users, in the next update that is taking quite a long time to test!

Hi!wasi wrote: Sat Jan 15, 2022 4:23 pm Why can't I select ASIO devices/drivers in the (windows) standalone app? This would be really helpful as it would allow routing through Jack.
Thanks for asking. I've downloaded the SDK from Steinberg, to take a look see if it is feasible to add support at some point!
With best wishes, Pete

Running 22.0.6 on Windows 10 and cannot get the VST3 scan to complete. No clue given as to which plugin is causing this. The only VST3 plugins present were here when 22.0.4 last scanned them successfully.omphalocentric wrote: Sat Jan 15, 2022 3:45 am Updated to 22.06 on Windows 10 but VST3 scanning hasn't improved for me. We really need a scan log output file showing line by line the plugin names as they are scanned. That way it would be much simpler to identify the failed plugin.
