What is the LFO rate I need to select ?
I want the LFO tool to work only when there is a midi trigger..
If I select rate as 1 bar, it ducks the sound every 1 bar irrespective of the midi trigger note .. it's sometimes annoying when it ducks sound in places where it's not supposed to..
How to use LFO tool using midi in cubase 10.5?

Note Retrig has to be on ENV... then the LFO rate will determine the speed of the envelope...vignesh.vijay wrote: Mon Jan 17, 2022 11:57 pm What is the LFO rate I need to select ?

At ENV, the LFO will not work if there is no MIDI note that trigger it. It becomes an ENVelope triggered by the MIDI input.vignesh.vijay wrote: Tue Jan 18, 2022 11:22 amWhen note retrig=ENV, will the LFO tool not work when there is no midi note playing?Jolaff wrote: Tue Jan 18, 2022 1:09 am Note Retrig has to be on ENV... then the LFO rate will determine the speed of the envelope...
...and don't forget what I previously said about the upper right corner dot if you don't want the envelope to end at a closed volume...
