DIVA - how to set MULTICORE as default?

afaik when enabled multicore it should be handled better in my DAW i guess? eg. 1 patch consumes (i dunno why yet) around 30% !!!! hahaha and i have set it on GREAT.

EDIT:
strange i just enabled seperately ALL 8 DIVA instances to MULTICORE and from GREAT to Fast and still got such a huge impact on cpu? shouldnt it be better now?

Hi Caine,
that can be a complex thing to unravel. If you had 8 instances running, these were likely already sitting on separate cores of your CPU, playing their voices. By hitting multicore, you might have merely distributed these voices onto other cores, but these were previously already busy with other instances of Diva, not idle. Meaning, I wouldn't expect big changes in that scenario.
With only 1-2 instances, each playing polyphonic material, you're more likely to see an improvement with multicore. Instead of just 2 cores doing all the heavy lifting, the other cores will now help out.
Can you try a simpler setup with just one instance, larger polyphony, then switch between multicore on and off?

thanksa lot for your reply!
i need to re-check this again as i just set ALL instances to draft, so it should normally be a huge performance boost but no, it still shows massive spikes in FL Studio, i need to check all voices but so far it seems only 8 voices.
this is a screen when the spikes freeze a few secs my pc, so i wanted to check what is the issue



i will check if a new update of DIVA or something boosts the performance?
