I would love something that could link multiple daws, at least 2 if possible as feature set, I really miss propellerheads rewire, Blue Cat Connector goes part of the way but syncing the daws to one a primary or host and the other to a secondary or client?
If that would be possible it would open up so many possibilities. Maybe there’s a work around that I’m unaware of that can be done in Connector presently, if there is, a video walking through how to do it would help immensely.
If not adding this feature would be a godsend to most producers that cut their teeth on rewire and miss that functionality.
Thanks again in advance, love your products.
Can Connector expand into a rewire like alternative

It would indeed be nice, however there is currently no way for a plug-in to control the host's tempo or transport, so we are currently limited to audio/MIDI streaming.

@Mobius21, using Ableton Link or a network MIDI bus might be an option?
@Blue Cat, have you looked into using Audio Random Access (ARA)? Could that improve the functionality?

That's something we should maybe investigate. However I am not sure it offers an API to control the host transport from the plug-in, does it?lindwyrm wrote: Sat Jan 22, 2022 11:59 am @Blue Cat, have you looked into using Audio Random Access (ARA)? Could that improve the functionality?
