Plugin Problem - Can't see Third Party Plugin UI and plugin won't load

I am trying to use Jamstix, a drum package, in Waveform Pro 11. I have installed it, can see it in the plugin list and can position it in the track mixer. But when I click on it I get a black screen that says Jamstix is loading. I have left it for half an hour and it hasn't loaded. If I move the black screen I can just see a small part of the Jamstix UI at the far left of my monitor but I can't drag it to bring it central in the monitor.
I'm lost. I don't know what is going on here. All other 3rd party plugins work fine.
Any help appreciated

If you don't specify PC/Mac and System version, nobody will be able to help.
Also, have you tried contacting Rayzoon support and forum?

If it were easy, anybody could do it!

I use Jamstix without any issues at all--which I'm saying only to reassure you it's compatible.
That's WF Pro 11.5, Windows 10.
I do have "Enable DPI Awareness" checked--that's the only option.

Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and even Deezer, whatever the hell Deezer is.

Spitfire - apologies. It is windows 10 and Waveform 11.5.1.7.
I haven't contacted Rayzoon yet as I don't think it is a Jamstix problem.
Watchful - good to know that you have Jamstix working. I am on Jamstix 4.
How do I check "Enable DPI Awareness" . I did look in the Waveform User Guide plugin section
but there is nothing about that mentioned.
Thanks

Watchful - I've found it with the right click on the plugin. Thanks
I'm trying to bring in some very old tracks made with Tracktion 2 and Jamstix 2.
I've brought in the Jamstix 2 song structure and it works. Brilliant!

Glad you caught the trick; I was just about to post.
Jamstix is great once you figure out its unusual structure of scripting a song within the plug in. It's odd not seeing a MIDI or audio track, but it really does a great job.
