I bought MuLab 8 in November but I only received the initial key today the program doesn't work anymore.

Jo is normally pretty responsive & eager to help his customers out. Maybe some kind of temporary Issue, nothing to get worried about though. MuTools is a legit (One Man) company, should all be sorted out pretty quick.
