The Bargain Centre thread seems to have become somewhat saturated; rarely detailing actual bargains.

Is it about time there's a separate sticky 'Voucher Codes' thread?
Seems pretty pointless spamming the main bargains thread with single-use, exclusive voucher codes that expire as soon as they're picked up. Bargains posted should be deals/offers for everyone not the first to log on/read etc.

Scrolling through endless 'PA Voucher reply if used' and ''Sign up for preset bundle' posts makes for dull browsing.

especially if that same, generic one is posted several times

I'm less worried about them appearing here ..less keen on them arriving on the No Chat thread so that no one can then say "I've used it"

(Not a Studio One user here by the way.)

I also resisted the Tape Echoes "offer" ,.. not hard at all :hihi:

First of all I generally find their plugs boring and overpriced, so only ever bought the Spring Reverb
for the full price, and that I have also not been impressed with over time, on my newest w10 machine it will not even install, struggeling with support to make plugs work should not be nessesary,

But I don't even care any longer, as its been pointless to use due to the sound for years already

Basically that spring was money out of the window, money for nothing

So does I now need their 29-bucks "offer" on yet another tape-echo in a crowded marked ?

Obviously not

And the demos seems only to confirm me

Nothing unique, how can you ask a default 99$, when f.eks. the stock S1 tape-echo is to prefer ?

They are from another planet

And I hate freebees just to have this spam one week later

They only achieved to make me take yet another step away :dog:

I thought overrated and overpriced IMO. I got Tape when it came out on sale being a S1 mix FX user.

Just a reminder that Softube Tape works as a Mix FX in Studio One. It's a really cool feature but Presonus needs to add a second Mix FX slot so that tape can be combined with console summing.
+1
Along with the ability to lock inserts in their positions, like a plugin that's commonly placed last and keep it there. And, the ability to bypass dither in the export window.
Something that helps me with plugin locations in Studio One is Boz Rackspacer, and it's free. I agree it should be added that you can place plugins anywhere you want on the chain, but this workaround works for me https://www.bozdigitallabs.com/product/rack-spacer/

Thanks, I visited the Boz website recently for the free offerings, never saw this listed. I now know why.
Looking for an solution to keep a tape plugin and VU meter last in the chain to check gain staging through inserts.

We should have a separate sticky thread for unused vouchers and serials.

We could call it the Good Karma thread!
If every KVR member wrote one review a year we'd have 1340 reviews each day!

I have Replika and Replika XT too and I really love that delays  I think these are undervalued gems.

once you hear the difference between putting a compressor on the third slot vs the first one, your mixing will never be the same

I don't think it's really about that -at least for me, and yes, I get the irony/sarcasm- as much as it is about having some plugins lined up on the same spot on different tracks, so you can A/B or turn on/off those at the same time on a number of different tracks. If any of those tracks require something else on top, then the slots end up not aligned, making it not possible to do these kind of comparisons.

April 1st release, it sounds awesome. Thanks for the heads up.

Still YNY23 today or a new current code?
