Ive just realised the problem was i had my buffer rate at the mininum, i don't have a problem anymore and sorry for wasting your time. Thanks for the plugins

Everyone has different tastes, but what are you looking for? Exotic, unusual sounds? Piano and conventional jazz? Orchestral libraries?

Some starter free ones out there.....
4OSC is well behaved and low CPU - some nice pads and unusual things in there.
Keyzone classic has about 6 pianos, and is well done.
Dexed is a free FM synth, sounds good, and there are LOTS of patches for it (and will load DX7 banks you can find on the internet), but FM is odd to program
Surge has a lot of unusual sounds and pads

Thanks so much for those, i'm not really sure what i want to do however. I'm a huge fan of Oscar Peterson and Jacob Collier so i'd like to write some jazz/funk stuff but id ultimately like to make some money from music so mainly trying to make good music.I'm sure ill have many more problems and questions so I look forward to chatting more. Thanks so much for all your help!
