plugins wont recognize the (.mlf)activation file

When i drag my license in my plugin, nothing happens. then when i try to activate it manually by searching inside the plugin activation search, then also the activation file is not shown even if its right there... can anybody help ?

I think online activation is easier now - just click Settings / Activation in any of the plugins, enter your credentials and let it do the dirty work
