Window always collapsing to smallest size

Hi guys,
I am working with a plugin which is rather small (MStereoSpread to be specific) and in it's default size you can't see the preset name because it's collapsed. I pull it a bit wider and see the preset name, but as soon as I switch to the next preset it collapses to default size again. How to prevent this? Clicking "set default settings" after widening the window does not help.
Cheers

Hi, this definitely shouldn't happen. Make sure you have the newest version and if it still does that contact us using info@meldaproduction.com with some video showing what is happening.

Thanks. I already have 15.01 installed.
I have tried a few other small plugins and it seems it only affects MStereoSpread. All other plugins keep their size (or actually sometimes they expand when the preset has a big GUI, but they never go smaller).
Is there some plugin specific window settings file that I could delete manually?

Aaaaha, that's what you mean
. This is actually a feature - basically when the preset button is too small, it is minimized to "just an icon".

Hi. Vojtech
MStereoSpread can only be resized vertically.
I am not sure if this has always been the case.
As a result, the preset names are always abbreviated.
MStereoSpread in MXXX can be resized horizontally and vertically. p.s.
Other products like MStereoExpand and MStereoGenerator can resize both horizontally and vertically.
spec.
Melda 15.02rc2
Reaper 6.47
MacOS BigSur 11.6.4
I'm using DeepL translation.

DeepL works really well!
Aaaaha, I'll add it to todo list.
Edit: Oh wait, that's intentional, because then when you resize it horizontally too, it will enlarge the scope.

Hm I don't think we are on the same page. I tried to record a screen video but it didn't work, somehow windows game bar doesn't record the GUI plugins but only the Mixer.
So I open MStereoGenerator. A small GUI opens up, the preset name field is collapsed. When I pull the winder wider, the preset name field expands and I can read the preset. Now I can step through the preset (using arrow buttons) and read each name, the window keeps it's size. This is the expected behaviour.
Now I open MStereoSpread. Small GUI opens up, preset name field collapsed. I pull the window wider, now I can read the preset name field. But as soon as I step to the next preset, the window goes back to the initial small size with collapsed preset name field. So the GUI window seems to reset itself to the smallest size after every preset change, which shouldn't be the case.
Hope this is clearer?
Cheers!

Ah thanks! That's exactly what the plugin does here, except the window size is even smaller so the preset name field reverts to collapsed also.

Probably because I had the toolbar opened. Like ystmrk suggested, you can open the Meters & Utilities and Multiparameters to increase the window size so you can read the preset names.

I tried it on windows version.
In the windows version, MStereoSpred follows the window handle of Reaper vertically and horizontally. So I think you can make it any size you like.
In both Win and Mac versions, the handle of the plugin itself in the window couldn't zoom horizontally unless `Meters & Utilities` was open.
On Mac, the function to follow the plug-in window size of Reaper has not worked for a long time, so it is necessary to additionally display `Meters & Utilities`. Just adding `MultiParameters` does not free the window size.
ADD:
Due to this limitation, I think the window size will be minimized every time you open a preset that is not displayed by Meter & Utility.
