But these policies do still affect you as it they drastically reduce the amount you could sell on for.

"NFR after 1 sale" really means "Not Really Worth Trying To Resale" in practice; it's not a lot better.

im not really interested in selling anyway.
Even the dupes i have from eventide and whatnot. I do give them away on occasion.

"No transfer" is NFR for all intents and purposes.
NFR is usually for when you resell it once ie it cannot be onsold after the first transfer- actually I think I have only seen it used like that . I have sold NFR a few times so it is better than No Transfers in my experience

plexuss wrote: Sun Feb 20, 2022 6:32 pm I dont buy NFR products anymore except under rare circumstances. I also maintain the #noNFR tag in my signature and I let devs know by email that i wont buy their NFR products. These guys have an interesting approach to NFR, at the bottom of the page... http://audioflatulence.com/
it’s not true we have nfr, for the exception of specific releases which are not on sale at all, or endorsers.
After 5 sales (5!!!!!) of the same product you pay more fees, that’s all

I actually got permission from Andy @ hg sounds to do one. So they can be legit.

Not that I'd trust one 😂

Not that one.
