Unless you're tying this into a bargain, take it to a different thread.wangeroge wrote: Thu Feb 24, 2022 2:11 pm Which plugin companies are from Russia? Reveal Sound (Spire), Proclethya, and Voxengo? Any others? Voxengo seems to be online again.

Price is not the only deciding factor when buying a plugin.
If you plan on purchasing your first Universal Audio hardware, you can get a free additional plugin. Just send a PM.

Developer behind Proclethya is Serbian. Regardless of whether this is the proper forum, you could at minimum double check all your assumptions before publicly engaging in misinformation.wangeroge wrote: Thu Feb 24, 2022 2:11 pm Which plugin companies are from Russia? You are posting in the Bargains thread, though. Take it to Hyde Park or somewhere else. No one subscribed to this thread wants to hear about your grudge. We are here for the deals, man.wangeroge wrote: Thu Feb 24, 2022 2:46 pm Price is not the only deciding factor when buying a plugin.

The title of this forum literally includes "discussion, gossip, etc." - wanting information to filter bargains by origin seems well within the scope of that. (not passing judgment on the merit in tarring an entire nation with the same brush as its ruler).pandashake wrote: Thu Feb 24, 2022 3:16 pm You are posting in the Bargains thread, though. Vlad is welcome to my hard drive contents. Recently added some photos of a broken fence, I’m sure they’ll be interested.

Calm down. It was a question, not a statement. And I looked on the Proclethya homepage and googled it. I didn't find any address information.kidslow wrote: Thu Feb 24, 2022 3:15 pm Developer behind Proclethya is Serbian. I didn't say that. But it looks like my country plans to disallow SWIFT banking payments to Russia. So it might only be possible to pay with Bitcoin to Russian companies in the future.

So more like "buy from Russian companies while you still can"?...wangeroge wrote: Thu Feb 24, 2022 4:08 pmI didn't say that. But it looks like my country plans to disallow SWIFT banking payments to Russia. So it might only be possible to pay with Bitcoin to Russian companies in the future.

Dude, you're the one who needs to calm down. I'm not the one here spreading misinformation and riling people up.wangeroge wrote: Thu Feb 24, 2022 4:06 pmCalm down. It was a question, not a statement. I just bought Proclethya. The audioplugin.deals $10 deal still works, by the way. And yes, I wouldn't have bought it today, if it was made by a Russian developer. But who cares?

Let’s end this discussion please. Obviously it’s a sensitive issue right now.wangeroge wrote: Thu Feb 24, 2022 4:31 pm I just bought Proclethya. The audioplugin.deals $10 deal still works, by the way. And yes, I wouldn't have bought it today, if it was made by a Russian developer. But who cares?
