Note that you can insert a plugin module into a Plugin Slot and use the green on off button of the Plugin Slot to switch the inserted module on/off. That will update the APLC.

It's not possible to have both realtime control (eg playing a bypass function via MIDI) and instant APLC updates. It's one or the other. So what's your main need: Realtime control or an up to date APLC?

I need a way that the output sound won't have a hearable latency vs other sounds in my daw...so it will sit on the beat in the right time whether.

If I can do that by controlling the bypass button of a "plugin slot/ rack / vst" or by a dedicated wet/dry knob that can control the PDC properly when it's dry so there won't be artifacts, all goes for me.

I will change my patch according to the feature that allow me to do it properly.

There should never be a latency between signals. If there is some plugin module that uses latency, all other modules will sync up to that latency and it's reported to the host DAW, which then should also sync up all its signals.

Just thinking, if you are using third party vst's, do they have some kind of automatable option to disable them rather than trying to automate mulab module ?
Beauty is only skin deep,
Ugliness, however, goes right the way through

I'm sorry, I will try to make it more simple

Mux preset attached.
See the image that illustrate the problem below

*I used soothe2 because it has strong latency and it's easy to see the difference, but you can replace it with any other VST that has big latency.

I don't want it to depend on the vst's wet/bypass parameters, because I want to replace the effects on the flow in away that I won't need to re-link parameters over and over again.

I don't have that VST.
Please update that MUX patch so it uses the internal Latency Generator.

Thx for the update. This case indeed revealed a bug in the APLC system. Will be fixed in the next update. Thx for spotting this :tu:
