Any update on this?
I am using RC as VST in Cubase 11 with lots of instability.

Since then I tested the plug-ins a lot on Cubase 11, I even implemented using 128 MIDI channels in Cubase, but my NFR license expired in September. My requests for a new temporary license remained unanswered by Steinberg.

Hi Attila - keep an eye on your emails.! I had word from Ed Doll at Steinberg that he has actioned a new NFR license for you, responding to your request he saw last week. It should be sent today.
