"Insert Chord" note limit - any chance of updating this?

If we're allowed to enter our own chords, then there shouldn't be a limit to the amount of notes that the chord holds.

For example, I entered my favorite Neo-Soul chords into the "Add Custom Chord" menu option - these chords are stacked - having up to 12 notes in them. Entering a note and then selecting "Insert Chord" from my chord entries only inputs a maximum of 7 notes. Why not all 12?
