Cool. I'll wait a while. Maybe we'll all get lucky.
I'm a little disappointed with the amount of content but what's there seems to be very good. So, I'm not overly disappointed.

Because I had a number of the plugins already and the H9 suite my upgrade price to the new Anthology XII was £60!
I leaped on it and then realised it now comes with that funky new Split EQ. I was already paying to get my hands on things like Physion and the Dual 949. I suppose the only downside of upgrading to Anthology is if you ever thought you may want to sell on some of the individual plugins because you forfeit their licenses to get that deal.

Same here. With JamPoints, it seemed like a pretty decent deal so I jumped on it. It's also really easy to create a mapping with it...I had a Jamstix 4 map set up in no time flat.Aloysius wrote: Mon Feb 28, 2022 1:19 pm I'm surprised at how good MODO drum sounds, so I'm thinking about upgrading (if possible).
I'd be curious to know whether it would have been less than $79.99 to upgrade, if I had received version MODO Drum SE v1.5 (instead of SE v1.0) though.

Hey everybody who contacted me about the native instruments nine for $99 group buy. Unfortunately all my slots are filled at this point. However, quite a few people contacted me so there may be an opportunity for someone to put together another group and get the stuff they need before the deadline later tonight. Good luck to everyone! Sorry I couldn’t help you all.

If anyone wants to get these, please PM me a list (in order of preference) of the expansions you're looking for. We only have a few more hours left to do it.jrides wrote: Tue Mar 01, 2022 2:59 am Hey everybody who contacted me about the native instruments nine for $99 group buy. Ok, another convoluted acquisition that sent me over budget, but happy to finally (more than 2 or 3 years as an onlooker) have acquired a full lot, a quite unexpected full lot of NUGEN plugins for less than $200.
Such a tension in the air these days, that searching for open ways is a kind of release. Send the energetic vibe to whoever needs it for GOOD
In order to do this you will require to have filled Nugen's survey a few weeks ago. Plus you need to buy them today, since it is the last day to cash the $100 coupon that survey rewarded.
And a bit of explaining. Nugen has both Upmix and Downmix, both dealing with surround channels conversion. Both pricey plugins, $500 for the former and $300 for the later.
Both have nice, powerful and clever controls to locate the sounds, cleanly and with phase correction. The interesting thing is that DownMix has repair controls, so one may start with a dated or rather empty multichannel file and apply precise corrections and relocate sounds at will, in fact delivering a good multichannel tool to use apart from the downconvertion it is known for.
There are various easy and also free alternatives to get stereo converted into multichannel, there are not plugins that do what Halo Downmix does, like it does it.
Interested?
Go into Dontcrack.com search for Halo Downmix and add it to the cart. It shows $199, and at checkout apply the PDZ_Nugen_Audio code, which will get it for $149
Then you'll need to follow emailed instructions to register a code at Nugen.com for them to acknowledge your new acquisition. Once Halo Downmix appears at your Nugen account, go to
https://nugenaudio.com/my-offers-and-upgrades/
There will appear the $99 3D Extension for Halo Downmix, add it to the cart.
You will see that you need to add an extra plugin because the coupon requires $100 to become active (yes, $1 of difference!). So you need to choose. In my case, I had been eyeing SIGMOD since its release ($49), so added it. Nugen has a few other interesting plugins under $50.
In this second transaction my new total ascended to $148, so the survey coupon automatically applied itself bringing a new final $48 for the two.
///All in all, I spent $197 (and a $100 survey coupon) to obtain NUGEN Halo Downmix + 3D Extension, plus SIGMOD.

I just want to add, this sale is a huge IK mess as usual. Beware and double check. You should be able to buy the full MODO drum version for 70 right now, without having the need to cross grade. Maybe you can write support and they'll fix it. Maybe not.Aloysius wrote: Mon Feb 28, 2022 9:27 pm Cool. I'll wait a while. Maybe we'll all get lucky.

Im looking to buy modo bass even tho I don't want to use IK, its just very good. In my case: SE version 40e you get 2 basses, full version 80e you get 14 basses. Peter posted only the SE sale here. Additionally, if I log in first ("log in to check your deals "

Pity they f*cked it up. I'd have gone for the full package if I had known. I have a somewhat related support ticket in but they'll probably not answer until the sale is over.

Quick perspective on the new NI + Izotope deal. Its a smart combo, I actually recommended a friend for a great start NI complete + Ozone strip covers all your bases (or get all 3 strips). BUT the deal offer is still not that attractive. I bought Komplete 13 for 300 and Isotope Mix bundle for 200 (cross grade from any product). Id say the additional products are worth 50 bucks excluding rx7. rx7 is a tricky case. So the offer is okay but not great. Easy way to get 95% of the value at half the price: buy a used machine mk2 for 100e off Ebay/reverb, buy upgrade license for 200e to complete during summer of sound. Crossgrade from any product to Ozone Advanced for about 100e. Imho you get 95% of what you need for 400e, if you want all the strips choose the according package you'll pay 500e.
Also dammit I shoulda looked here for the NI group buy. I was considering the deal but couldn't get more than 3-4 expansions I wanted..... well mebe next time.

I mean, if they are customer friendly, they should really amend this, even if the deal runs out, since its more bad information their part but yeah -- agents can only do what is regulated by ik and possible in the system. Good luck man.Aloysius wrote: Tue Mar 01, 2022 1:51 pm

p.s. im sure IK and Peter as their representative on KVR are all nice fellows who want to provide great products (and they have them!) but they *really* *really* need someone to rebuild their licensing model, to market model and general shop infrastructure. Don't make me buy a sample collection where I have to download each instrument in zip format from a fileserver that's not even fast and then pay 10e to get download access again.
Don't have a shop for each of your product lines and two different apps for installing products and registering licenses, clean up the license confusion in your database (I think I have 4 licenses of Tracks that all include like nothing but install demos with obnoxious sound), make it easier to understand what you have, if its a modular product (tracks). Don't ask me to pay 10e for a hardware license transfer and so on . It really sucks way too much. (just an example: I sold a Novation Keyboard where I redeemed the provided licenses, I wrote support a question about it and they on their own part sent me new licenses to provide the buyer! now that's customer service).
IK + user-friendly environment == killer value. IK now -> I only recommend modo bass

Checked my prices, the offeres are actually good. I have Komplete 13 and most of the izotope stuff. Do you get Komplete 13 as extra license or is it somehow tied to a product? Because I might buy it to give the serial to a friend, who i just explained to "you just need ozone and komplete and your good for a couple of years".cclarry wrote: Tue Mar 01, 2022 2:01 pm Check you accounts for Izotope CRAZY Pricing on upgrades

My price to upgrade to the Everything Bundle + Komplete Ultimate is $799!
Offers are valid until either March 22nd or March 31st depending on which offer!

I sadly have no offer to everything bundle only to komplete / ultimate for 450/750usd. I think I bought some deal where I just got the 3 channel strips and its not recognized in their main "upgrade path" system. But I own like a bunch of their apps on top.
