I'm a little disappointed with the amount of content but what's there seems to be very good. So, I'm not overly disappointed.

I just want to add, this sale is a huge IK mess as usual. Beware and double check. You should be able to buy the full MODO drum version for 70 right now, without having the need to cross grade. Maybe you can write support and they'll fix it. Maybe not.

Im looking to buy modo bass even tho I don't want to use IK, its just very good. In my case: SE version 40e you get 2 basses, full version 80e you get 14 basses. Peter posted only the SE sale here. Additionally, if I log in first ("log in to check your deals " ) they will ONLY allow me to buy the cross grade license (can't sell it at all!), if I buy not logged in, I get the full license at the same price but standalone!!

I have opened a support ticket about this misunderstandment and suggested that they find some sort of solution to this. If they care about customers service they either upgrade to version 1.5 for free or for a low price or give a better upgrade price to the full version.
I believe I/we were being in good faith.
I will report back when I get a reply.

I actually also sent in a report request because i cant buy a license that is standalone while being logged in, i can add it to card without being logged in at the same price... i want to use jam points and have it not tied to anything.

edit: turns out i apparently (at least this is most likely), I didn't understand what a crossgrade is. I thought a crossgrade license will be tied to the product that allowed me to make that purchase. That's why i got confused about IKs offer and also what my crossgrade with izotope depended on. Apparently a crossgrade is generally simply just a loyality offer.

I can't believe it. IK Multimedia replied today. So I wrote back ...

There's been a bit of conversation about this at KVR. A number of us purchased MODO DRUM SE from AudioDeluxe.
We all assumed that this was version 1.5 with 5 kits. It seems that what we actually purchased was version 1 with 2 kits.
If you look at the AudioDeluxe page I think you'll agree that this is not made clear to the person purchasing the product.
Why would they even sell an older product?

After I went to IK Multimedia website, I saw that I could have actually purchased MODO DRUM complete for a very good price.
I really like the potential of this product. Since there is no real crossgrade (talking into account what I already spent) I thought I better ask.

Would it be possible to get a special ''upgrade'' deal to the full 13 kit version, taking into account what I already spent on MODO DRUM SE v1?

Maybe others could join in too and make a similar request.

It would be great if NI & Izotope could actually attach accounts together for when they do these offers like the current MPS & Komplete 'Loyalty' offers.
I already own: Komplete 12, Ozone 8 Std, Neutron 3 Std. But apparently that qualifies for nothing and they want to charge me £700 for K13 & MPS (Izotope loyality offer) just like anyone could buy on the NI website, NI offers nothing in my account.

It would actually work out cheaper to buy a Komplete 13 update and MPS separately.

In one of their comments on their YouTube announcement video (KOMPLETE 13 meets iZotope's Music Production Suite 4.1 | Native Instruments), they make mention that it's only only offerer as part of Ultimate or higher. That being said, I have ultimate and don't have any offers either. Anyone know a similar link to the above, but for Ultimate (non-Collector's Edition)?

For those interested in my MODO DRUM saga, IK Multomedia replied again. Good service. Noted!

You bought Modo Drum SE; Modo Drum SE comes with 5 kits.

You also have a Modo Drum CS license; that comes with 1 kit.

They asked me for a bunch of screenshots (which I sent). At least they have confirmed what I should have. Getting that content is the next challenge.
