Doesn't have granular, but Rift 2.0 is great for mangling audio
For granular mangling of samples, Arturia Pigments has a sample engine with granular adjustments. Then, of course, you can use the 2nd engine and extra utility engine to do all sorts of mangling on top of that.

Glitchmachines is surely excellent for these tasks; yet somehow also often overlooked.

it has never been 32 bits (the previous versions posted on my website is 64bit/vst3).. at the moment, i'm focusing on the clap plugin format, but other formats (and probably a windows version) will be back again, as soon as i get my framework updated..

DFX includes the most vintage set of install instructions I've seen for a while!

Boom Library's Enrage is an awesome modular effect plug-in with 50+ devices that you can chain together. I'm amazed at the quality of the effects and the precise control over parameters. It really is a monster effect. https://www.boomlibrary.com/sound-effects/enrage/
Kilohearts Snap Heap and Multipass are excellent options if you're interested in their ecosystem of snap-in effects. I am drawn to modular effects and synths because of the amount of customization I can apply. Kilohearts is a good example of the raw power you have when you can combine snap-ins in unique combinations. https://kilohearts.com/products/multipass
StepicVST by Devicemeister is a step and modulation sequencing MIDI effect that I'm including here because it's become a very helpful "sound shaping tool" as they would advertise on their website. I was using the Max For Live version because it wasn't available as a regular plug-in yet. Now I can use it in Logic Pro or Live to drive my VST/AU instruments. And with something like 200 randomization functions at your finger tips, you can generate some wild and glitchy madness. https://devicemeister.com

Yes, and, the thing with Reaktor is that a little knowledge goes a long way in terms of making your own ensembles from other people's fx and instruments.
