I had regroover and they deleted my account. By chance could anyone provide me with a link to downloads? DM me, of course, or it might get out of hand and set off alarms.

My account was deleted too. They probably deleted the accounts that only had plugins acquired for free.

You need to talk to the dealer you bought it from. They can talk to their IK sales rep and figure out a way to take care of you. I'm usually not able to get refunds from my rep but he usually figures out a solution that works out even better than a refund.

I only registered a few freebies with them and I have access to the Era bundles in my account page now, nothing else though.

Ditto. The Login page does say:

"If you have purchased ERA Bundle 5, ERA Bundle 6 or Voice Changer please login to get the updated installers"

which implies that if you haven't purchased one of those things, then no login for you.

I made an account awhile back looking if there wasn’t an update to a free plugin I don’t use. I was able to login and downloaded the bundle. Haven’t tried installing anything.

Same for me. It seems they allow us to use the bundle. I have contacted support to discuss the licensing situation, but I have not heard back from them yet.

This accusonics business is giving me 'photoshop cs2' vibes; they want to do the right thing for their existing customers but don't have the time/motivation to set anything secure up. Just leaving the unprotected installers in a publically accessible place smacks of not really caring about who accesses them. Obviously only existing license holders should access them but a bit 'optimistic' to assume no one will leak the location (I'm not so no PMs)

I'm sure their programmers work on Facebook/Meta projects now. The plugins are history.
