click on said v12 and it shows as a download but cannot be downloaded somone is teasing us!

i was able to download it. go to the archives in the download section of your account. then edit the URL to 12 instead of 11.
boom.
edit: now if i could just register the demo.
edit2: got it registered for a free 90 day trial. just click on Learn More, then find the free trial
download link, it will ask you to login to your account. done.
