Just adore what this can do with synths. Really cool transformations possible. I am gonna use this in my next track for sure.

It's definitely the worst GUI ever. After using version 1 for so long, this is a very surprising design choice for v2, and very disappointing.
and yet after all of the countless negative comments on here about the GUI and font sizing / bluriness, you still went ahead and updated or bought it

and I have faith in Dmitry to listen to his customers,
i'm just totally weirded out that he would settle on this GUI for a final release. It's so strange.
also an M1 native version of v1 ain't gonna happen, so...

All of the GUI's of his former products were made my third parties. I'm not sure who made the Tantra 2 one, but, maybe he decided to try to do the GUI himself.

Forgive the aside, thread, but newcomers to PA should know the score:

While not phrased super politely it also was not an insult - if you are attentive to flash sales & make good use of the Voucher system, which you can get for free at the $25 level but also once you start spending with them they'll eventually send you $50 and $75 vouchers, you can actually spot good times to use the vouchers that make the plugins available at prices of as low $12.50 (as I paid for Tantra 2, and for EOS 2 reverb from their EX store) to $25 (any plugin that costs $99 through their sale vouchers + $75 voucher). When I first started buying PA plugins I thought I was getting some good deals at $50 a plugin myself, but quickly learned patience & knowing when to play your voucher "hand" is the way when playing PA Poker.

The first "good hands" you can play without needing higher vouchers involve any plugin on flash sale at $39.99, which you can use $25 vouchers to take down to $15, but during Mega sales (which there are several of every year) it is not uncommon to see discounts on many plugins to $29.99, and during some sales they give up to 3x $20 unconditional vouchers which you can use to get plugins down to $9.99. Generally these exclude the newer ones, but if you're still newer to PA there might be some really nice tools that you can get for that price nonetheless.

I know what you mean (I used to web design). T2 doesn't need a lot.

Heck. Just better contrast between the text and background would make a huge difference. Darken the backgrounds. LOL

I am no GUI designer, but I assume the text that's unreadable on 1080p just needs altering ?

tbh I am not that bothered with the GUI it just needs a slightly better "on the eye" look and it will be OK.

Also jumped on the T2 train. A cool little plugin that can give an alternative take on your recordings. Maybe not a one-stop as a multi effect processor, but definitely something that can give life and movement.

Apologies to resurrect this thread but I got an email from PA saying $19.99 offer for this. Remembering all the negative comments before about the GUI, I tried the demo and gotta say I fully understand the comments now. Possibly the worst GUI ever with regards to clarity. I'm on a 27" monitor at 1920 x 1080. Instant delete unfortunately. If only someone could reskin it....
