HOWEVER. When I launch a song I'm working on in Logic, playback of Equator2 is still working! If I open the GUI, though, I get that stupid 'no license' splash screen. But after closing it, I can still playback my Equator2 recording.

I hope that Roli makes it a matter of prestige and honour to fix this madhouse first thing Monday morning! And we should get some compensation … a free soundset or something, don't you think?

Try logging out of ROLI Connect and logging back in. I was seeing the same message, and that worked for me.

Pretty sure they fixed something just now, because as I mentioned in my post on the previous page, I did the same few hours ago and it did not work. Tried again and it works now. Cheers! :tu:

I'm running a 64 bit pc with Windows 10 (that I keep updated). I've also been getting the "No Valid License Found" error message since a few days ago (and without any clear explanation as to why). Within Cubase 11 the GUI will not load, but sound is being produced.
After several unsuccessful trial and error procedures (involving uninstalling/reinstalling both Equator 2 and ROLI connect), I decided to delete any and all folders related to ROLI and Equator 2. After reinstalling both, Equator 2 now is back to operating correctly. Why deleting these folders changed the outcome for the better I do not know. I agree that ROLI's support network is very flawed.

Anyone else having authorization issues? It's been working fine for me, but today I opened it up and it said not authorized. Roli connect looks normal, equator 2 is in the list. Checked MyRoli and don't see Equator 2 in my products anymore. Did it disappear? MAde a support request but this is kinda scary and very annoying that I can suddenly not have a product I own.

After signing out of Roli Connect and back today it works fine. Don't know what that was about but this is why I hate these cloud authorization things.

Now that the RISE 2 rollout is over, where are the much needed update to Equator 2? Four months into 2022 and nothing major and basic functions still missing lol whats going on.

So has anyone tried out the new Roli Seaboard hardware? Did they improve the "playability" ? Although it was a very innovative controller, very difficult to play, confirmed by professional piano players (like my jazz pianist cousin)
