Hi
I've just upgraded my screen from 24" HD to 27" 4K. I've been re-evaluating the styles of the Melda plugins in 4K. I'm surprised how different (generally better) they look. Overall, I now think that the Melda plugins look really good (so much better than some years ago).
I've actually changed some of the plugins (in 4K) to styles that I previously didn't like in HD.
If you've recently upgraded your screen, it might be worth you having a look.

An update on this. I've now changed all of my Melda plugins to a new Style with a new colour scheme which I much prefer when using 4K. Previously with HD (1080), I used Titanium with a custom colour scheme - now with 4K I use Argon. I use a fairly dark/grey colour scheme with just some colour and it looks great, really crisp and clear + great to work with. Melda plugins now look as good or better than the best looking plugins I own.
If you find a Style + Colour that you like, you can easily apply it to all of your plugins...
Set-up one plugin with the style that you like, then:
- Settings - Select current style as default
- Settings - Ctrl + Default Style (this will apply the default style to all plugins)
If, like me, you prefer to have the same colour scheme for all plugins, before doing the above:
- Create a colour scheme that you like
- Replace the first 8 colour 'slots' with your colour scheme
- Note: I like to deselect the Uppercase
Hopefully this will help someone else to get their Melda plugins looking even better.
