Strike 2 Inserts Empty Bars / Blank Space in DAW

Hi.
I've had Strike 2 for some time now and I've never quite figured out why this happens or how to resolve the following issue:
When I record (MIDI) an intro. and then a verse and then pull into my DAW: Strike 2 always puts a blank bar or two between the intro. and the verse. See the attached graphic (which I hope will make it clearer). Why is this and how do I resolve it??? In other words: Strike 2 is not recording (MIDI) exactly what it's actually playing.
Regards,
Dale.

Sbangs hasn't been on here much for last few months. Last time I sent customer support an E-mail about feature requests, they eventually responded but not to my particular liking
I would hope for a support issue that they would be faster...

Hey dandezebra. Thanks for the heads up. I sent someone listed here as support a PM but no response as yet. I also found these forums here: http://community.airmusictech.com/airmusictech (http://community.airmusictech.com/airmusictech). Let's see if there's any response that side.
Thanks again.

Dale.

Exporting MIDI from Strike 2 has been broken for some time now. http://community.airmusictech.com/airmu ... a-timeline
The problem varies by DAW used. I gave up using export due to the random quirks, and hope it gets fixed in the next version. I had better luck with exporting GM rather than Full (Strike format).
Strike is a good drum VST, but needs a few improvements to make it great and fully usable.
The best solution for now is to work with a DAW that can directly record the audio output from a VST instrument. Then you can print your Strike drums to an audio track. That does lack the convenience of MIDI editing, but at least it's something.

I finally got back around to using Strike 2, and I stopped using it because of this problem in different DAWs.
The problem seems to be only with certain kits and patterns. I haven't fully tested it, but I will start tracking it. They need to at least update the kits and patterns.

Still broken. I bought the Air Instrument Expansion pack: instruments & synths are great. But the drum V.I. was my main reason for getting the pack.
Moving on to EZ Drummer, Addictive Drums (free version), and others. Maybe I'll check back sometime later. But I've had a lot of patience with this problem with Strike 2. And other products are continuing to innovate and improve.

I'm not using it or producing at the moment, but it seems like it would work at first, then the problem would pop up. I may have disabled and then enabled the plugin may have helped. I thought it was some type of buffering issue with it. It's the same problem with every DAW I tried it on.sirmonkey wrote: ↑Sun Mar 24, 2019 1:17 am Still broken.
