recordings from audio module not available in musampla

ive really been enjoying the demo! trying to find out if this will work okay for my particular work flow before purchasing. i do a ton of inline sampling. when i make a recording with the "audio file recorder" module, afterward i see a brief popup saying XXX.wav file was saved to the project. but when i drop in a new musampla after making the recording, i don't see the recording i just made anywhere in the sample file pop up window. am i missing a setting or technique here to allow the fresh recordings to be directly available for the musampler - or added directly into a sampler right after the recording is made? also i am curious if there a way to change the location of where the audio recordings go? tia!!

The Audio File Recorder creates Audio Files.
MuSampla and relevant sampler modules use Sample objects.
That are different types.

You can convert (sections of) an audio stream into a sample using the audio editor.
