I have mailed Tracktion support 5 time's from 5 days but still I don't get Response from them.

I imagine it's busy days for them right now. Hang in there. Eventually they will answer. They post regularly in this forum and have done so in the last few days, so maybe you can post your questions here?

they do replythey are a busy company so cannot always get back to people quickly. I might offer to help them with basic questions to improve the service.
