I purchased AIR's Creative FX Collection and a few of their instruments (Hybrid, Vacuum Pro, Loom) back a few years ago. All licenses are installed on an iLok dongle.
To the best of my knowledge they've been working fine the last couple of years, but a few months back, I noticed that some of the FX plugins would mute after a change of preset. More recently I noticed the same behavior with the instruments. (These are not new installs, the plugins have stayed installed on the same system since purchased.)
The first preset I selected would play, and continue to work (I could modify parameters, etc.) as long as I didn't select another preset (then the plugin would mute, no error message). If I changed presets quickly right after loading the plugin, I might get 3 or 4 presets to play before the muting would occur. Going back to a previous working preset would not clear the muting. Only reloading the plugin would reset it to temporarily operational again.
Am I seeing a demo mode situation (the licenses look fine in iLok License Manager), or is this part of the more general problem recently discussed between AIR and iLok?
What do I need to do to get these working reliably?
Windows 7 x64, Reaper.

10 months and no reply.
This is horrendous product support. Pathetic.
As much as I've liked my AIR plugins, I'm getting real close to recommending that they not be purchased.

Wrong. I'm seeing the same issue on my Windows 10 system.rj0 wrote: Mon Apr 11, 2022 2:38 am I was able to trial Hybrid and Vacuum Pro on a Windows 10 machine. Not seeing the same muting problem.
Perhaps an issue only for Windows 7?
