All the coupon codes should still work (Forum, Group, etc.). Some companies don't allow us to accept codes for their products. Which product were you trying to buy?

I have pretty much everything that I want from PA, so this move of theirs is great as far as I am concerned, because it means that in the future, I'll be able to get any new release on day one for $30.99 without having to wait ages for it to go on sale for an acceptable price.

PA has a bunch of stuff coming out that I've been waiting on, like their Palm/PPG synths, but I haven't heard or read anything about that in a while.

no-one resells Toontrack any more AFAIK. Last one I knew who did was Time+Space and they’ve shut up shop.

At least Best Service still does, but T+S indeed used to be more attractive with their loyalty points.

The biggest annoyance with Toontrack is their 15 EUR license transfer fee per license. I bought a lot of their stuff, but I did not gel with any of them. I sold everything Toontrack and had to pay a significant amount in transfer fees. I will blame myself for it, but good to come out of something rather than sticking with it for no reason. Sorry for going a bit off-topic here, but just thought to point this out so that others hopefully don't do the same mistake.

Thomann has Toontrack stuff also and usually cheaper for the EZX sales than the Toontrack site (Dream Pop EZX is $31 right now on Thomann).

one day sales like the Klevgrand deal mentioned in the no chat thread really grind my gears. If you are going to run a sale then run it for a month at least to give people paid monthly a chance to budget for purchases.

And with their no license transfers allowed policy one isnt likely going to take the risk lucky buying either..

Wasn’t aware of that though it’s not a dealbreaker for me if I like a product enough and I really like Stark FWIW, but I’m not buying anything more from them outside of sales when I know they will drop to 50 percent or more off at times during the year.

That is the weird thing about the pluigin market in general. No one really expects to pay 299,- for a plugin, certainly not me when they're on constant sales most of the time (usually just not those you really want )
