Hello,
I have the acidized wav files of drum loop. When I want to record a song, I set the bpm and add the key. I then record my audio and midi stuff etc. However, I notice that when I drag and drop the drums into the timeline, they change key...presumably to match the key the edit is in. However, I want the drums to sound as they did when they were originally recorded. I tried deselecting 'match key' in the preview box but the wav still change when I drag and drop them. Any advice appreciated.
Best Wishes
Matt

This was solved by just changing the key of the drums to match that of the key given for the drums in the preview window where you can play them (I'm talking about the imagine loops).

There is an easier method, select your loop then in the properties panel select > 'Loop Properties' and uncheck 'Auto-pitch' and if you need uncheck 'Auto-tempo'.
