its pretty nice. you can trigger it by midi and its more real-time than melodyne.
i think the pitch n time algorithm is same quality as melodyne. (but monophonic)

that said, i would not use ANY of those technics with a main part ( kickdrum in a dance track) of the song, as they all change the phase.
