I dont understand why u-he doesnt make uninstaller and forces every user to remove manually.
Really waste of time.

Hey, It's not U-he's fault that Native Instruments made komplete kontrol so complicated!darkcapricorn wrote: Wed Dec 22, 2021 10:17 am I dont understand why u-he doesnt make uninstaller and forces every user to remove manually.

I have only installed reaktor, monark, massiveX,kontakt, battery and some expansions in my environment (pc) and i have seen the logo of Prism. I did not installed Prism, but some expansions had prism sounds.
Deleted prism everywhere also in the expansions presets and reinstalled KK and I still saw Prism's empty logo. Turned out there was still one preset in some expansions folder, and i had to delete that and rescan library.
It's such a silly thing that NI was not able to create this logic in KK:
IF THE PLUGIN IS NOT INSTALLED, DON'T SHOW ITS LOGO AND DON'T SHOW ITS PRESETS IN THE BROWSER!
Stupid.
(ah, shit. I had to do this with massive also - its in many expansions)

one more stupid thing with komplete kontrol:
Kontakt is installed, and the vst2 64bit version location is configured in Komplete Kontrol.
Still it says plugin not found when II try to load one of its an instrument (for example India).
Solution: remove kontakt from here: c:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3\ - this path is not configured in KK, but hey, this causes 'plugin not found' message. When I moved Kontakt dll (this is the vst3 version) from here, I can load my Kontakt instrument... Makes sense ha ? (or not).
