Plugin Alliance Oberhausen Synth won't load Presets.

I recently downloaded the free Plugin Alliance Bundle that includes Brainworx Oberhausen synth.
This plugin refuses to load up its presets, or any NKZ files for that matter.
I know where the presets are, and have placed them where suggested, but it will not load anything at all.
Is anyone else having this issue?
I am using Waveform 12, and 11 on Windows 11, and am very frustrated.
I also have Ableton Lite, and it does not work in that DAW either.
I have researched, and found Plugin Alliance has a lot of issues with presets not loading.
Even the other free plugins don't load presets properly, though I can load them through Waveforms preset menu. Not from the plugins themselves.
Maybe someone has an idea of how to correct this problem.

Not much help I know, but I have no such issues here on Win10 in WF11 or WF12. Maybe try reinstall if you haven't tried that already?

I think I may do that.
I have never had a problem like this with such a simple thing as presets.

FWIW, I do not see this problem with that plugin under WF12 on the Mac either.

I also downloaded the plugin. It works on Windows well. Even its VST3 version! On the other hand, it's not possible to use Waveform's preset browser with both versions (VST2 and VST3). Only the built in one.
