It‘s called „Ben‘s Law“:
In Which-Is-Best threads every plugin will be named within 10 pages.

This.

Also, we’re sort of in a period where everything’s good and maybe even great. It’s really not a matter of “best” but a matter of taste. Maybe more importantly, is learning how to properly use reverb. Answering questions like, “when is it best to use an algorithmic reverb, vs a convolution type?” Or maybe even more fundamentally, “how does the character of a reverb fit in with the music?” For instance, B2 is one of my favorites, but on a recent track I used Arturia’s plate because I wanted a vintage vibe for my 70s funk jam inspired track. I probably could have bent B2 to my will, but it’s complex and the Arturia plugin is pretty simple and I instantly got the results I was looking for.

LiquidSonics, for me.
I love the amount of control, ducking, compression, eq etc.
I have Relabs reverbs too, but I prefer the sound of LiquidSonics.

Also, HOFA IQ-Series Reverb V2 is incredible.

Which of the many LiquidSonics reverbs are you referring too? Aren't they all IR verbs? I prefer algos myself, i love the control you have over them rather than using a static sampled version.
Been a few years since i tried the latest in IR however!

Cinematic rooms and illusion uses both algo and ir (algo for tails)

No, they’re not all IR reverbs.
I’m referring too Seventh Heaven Pro, Illusion and Cinematic Rooms. Technology moves forward quickly, you should try them before jumping to conclusions.

Besides, Liquidsonics is famous precisely because they found a remarkable method to avoid a static feeling even with IRs (called "Fusion-IR") and it works very well with their Reverberate, in my opinion. A similar remark applies to other reverbs like Inspirata and Acustica Audio Silver (they, too, found very good methods to make IRs non-static in sound).

Pretty sure CR and CRP are just algo not IR.

CRP is my favorite reverb of all time to date. It’s beautiful and amazing, and is the first reverb I ever loved from the moment I heard it - it was a relief to finally find a reverb a truly enjoyed rather than made do with.

Best purchased on sale at Black Friday. Also discounted if you have other reverbs by Liquidsonics and Reverb Foundry.
