waveform starting at the same phase point

In Trilay kick synth, the 909 part of the instrument has a sharp consistent click to it. It seems to be because the note starts at the top of the sine wave every time. But, in the 808 part of the instrument, the start of the waveform seems to be random even though it uses the same Kick Synth module. I cannot find any setting that would allow the start of the waveform to be consistent like it is in the 909. Where do I find that? Or is it something else that I am missing?

Oscillator -> Layers -> Phase.
Defaults to "Free", but can also be set to 0 ... 359 degrees.

Interesting, I always pressed the part where the folder icon is. Thinking it was all one button, it never occurred to me to press any other part of the button.
