No presets in MCabinet

Hi folks, not sure if you can help.

I've purchased MCabinet, the demo seemed to work fine. But now I have lost all the global presets. They seem to be in the melda folder in appdata but the plugin isn't finding them.

If I try to load a device preset I get a warning saying device not loaded.

I've tried the VST2 and VST3 versions and the same problem.

In a moment of madness I tried uninstalling V15 of the melda plugins and it deleted all my plugins so I restored my computer back to a version from last week, then tried again.

Once again the presets showed up once but next time I load the plugin they are gone.

I'm using Cakewalk by Bandlab but also Tried Tracktion Waveform 11 and get the same problem.

Any ideas?

Please contact the support. My personal guess would be that you have something in the search field, but who knows.

Thanks for the reply, what is the best way to contact support - I can't find it on the site or in my account.

I have since tried uninstalling all my melda plugins, doing the cleanup and then reinstalling. The presets appear once but after a reboot they have gone and I'm still getting device not loaded!
