Per-Voice Envelope Retrigger is not working for me. I have tried manually moving the knob (all the way both ways) and also assigning a modulator to it. This is something I mentioned in my 'Learning MSF thread' in a post with timestamp: Sun Apr 03, 2022 6:05 pm (second page, toward the top). The reason I'm repeating it here is for emphasis; I don't know if anybody from the Melda team is reading that post (though I highly encourage it!)
The second issue is something I think would be helpful. I'd put it in my Learning MSF thread but the behavior is system-wide which is this: the loaded MIDI Settings preset titles are not persistent when changing patches. I think it would be nice if they were because Main Controllers are persistent and having the label there (the Preset Name) will be helpful in identifying at-a-glance which controller configuration you have loaded. Of course, I'm not sure if this is possible - just another one of my fancy ideas - but I thought I'd throw it out there. Also, if this doesn't make sense then please forgive me because I am only now learning MIDI in earnest (only took me 23 years
Let me mention that I understand it makes no sense to have the higher-level MIDI Settings presets to be persistent. Indeed, changing a preset would change the regular Controllers which are preset-linked. However, it's the Main Controllers I'm talking about. For example, I have a modest Keystation 88 mk3 which only really has three CCs. I made a Main Controllers Preset for it. When I go back to look, I'd like to see that the configuration is still loaded from the title. If, say, I make a preset for another configuration, again, I'd like to just be able to look and see what's loaded - particularly if my assignments are more than three physical CCs deep.
Thank you!
