Try the portable version ReBirth RB338 2, it doesn't require installation:

I'm not sure if this will run on Windows 10 because every update of Windows 10 breaks ThinApp, but on Windows 7 it works fine.

I just checked, the link opens, the archive is in place, there are no problems. Someone already downloaded the file.

Ok thanks I got it now, I had to right click the download as clicking it redirects.

I can't seem to add new mods, the readme is hard to read so far.

I still have the same problem of not being able to load songs, it says song not found. But it does open the main program of Rebirth.

I installed it now to the /User directory so its safe with administrative controls,

still says song cannot be found.
