Are people finding the same in their respective DAW's?
I'll use standalone then hopefully we'll see fixes ( and vst3 in reason )
I'm going to test it in studio one later

No problem with midi in Cubase, haven’t tried audio.

Most of the impressive demos tend to use nice clean WAVs which get dragged in to standalone. My audio in Cubase tends to be chopped up, dragged and warped every which way for timing. To render all that out and then drag in is a minor PITA. One reason why Tap2Find is often the simpler and better option imo.

Well I dusted off good ol' Cakewalk and found the drag n drop works well. drop your audio and miudi into the browser and from there into EZD. EZD also resizes Ok which it didn't want to in others.
Cakewalk is free now so works well as a test bed

Funny that we're both following the same path while we wait on Reason. I'd almost be afraid to upgrade Reason once they announce VST3 support. They really botched Reason 12. I'll take learning Bandlab before I bother with a Reason upgrade, as sad as that is to say.

Yes I think it's time to learn another DAW, Reason 12 will eventually support VST3 they said, but still no MIDI vst support etc. Cakewalk seems to work the best with EZdrummer so far....shame because I tried Studio One which seems really nice to work with but it doesn't integrate EZD well so far.

No issues with EZD3 and Studio One here

It crashes a lot when trying to drag audio from the browser .....MIDI drag doesn't seem to work at all....you can't resize the interface in S1 so it's hell get anything to drag onto EZD3 anyway....

Well that is good to know ..any tips you found for getting it to run smoothly? I don't know the software much so any tips appreciated...do you drag stuff in from the browser?

hmmmm . . . , Install and run?

I didn't do anything special, and just FYI, my Windows 10 is nowhere near up to date, and that's the way I like it (uh hu uh hu)I think its still back on v1909, everything is fine.

Hmmm... all the above works fine here in Studio One 5, including resizing. Don't know what to suggest.

I have noticed that Studio One crashes once in a while as well, not using EZD though, since I don't own it, yet, but due to other plugins. In my case it's been driver dependent. If you today use ASIO drivers, try the regular system drivers, in case you already do, try downloading ASIO4ALL and use those.

Might, or might not, help out when troubleshooting.

Thanks I'll try that when I get home. Might be time to do some maintenance on my creaky old PC too.

I am new to the EZ Drummer line so this is a newbie question. I thought there were 7 actual kits that were included, but I don't see all of those when I navigate to the Drum Kits menu. Maybe I am looking in the wrong place?

I'm not on my music PC but I think there are 3 'rooms'...maybe with variations that make 7 in all?
