MSoundFactory crash with TurboFilter

V15.02, Windows 10, both vst2 and vst3 crashes all hosts (Cubase, Komplete and Cantabile).
To reproduce, create a very simple one oscillator patch with one Turbofilter in the Fx. Download the latest presets for TurboFilter and switch between Streaming Comb Allpass and Streaming Comb Allpass2, play a note and.. crash!
