I have Mulab on a Linux system and I registered it on that OS and the program is on a separate drive from the OS. I also have Windows on that computer. I have access to that drive from both OS's but in Windows it says it is not registered. Am I going to have to re-register every single time I switch OS's?

Have a directory on Windows with the exe in and make sure it's writeable from Windows. Register from Windows. It'll stay registered.
Have a different directory on Linux with the exe in and make sure it's writeable from Linux. Register from Linux. It'll stay registered.
Put the library somewhere both Windows and Linux can access. (There's a setting somewhere that overrides the default location.)
