The happy hardcore kinda does some, but seems more aimed at the UK hardcore market.
Not sure if this works for you, but check it out: https://refx.com/nexus/expansion/handsup-leads/

But the sounds are NOT coming from Nexus. Nexus is merely the vehicle. Even a simple sampler has more power than Nexus...I can make fresh new sounds on my own with a sampler.
uhhh... as a sound designer for Nexus, thats the point where I must say stop:  This isnt true at all.
Under the hood, there is a VERY complex synthesis engine, with 64 possible oscillators (not necessarily sample based!), shape morphing oscillators, pwm, several lfos, several envelopes, filters (paralell serial, dual mode), complex routing via 16 layers, very advanced sample mangling functions, several insert effect types per layer and vast key/vel-zoning, crossfading / layering options. A Nexus preset may sound nothing like the used source sample in the end.
N4 got even more features under the hood now, such as wavetables. Sound Designers have access to this and without a question, this will lead to even better and more complex sounds in the future.

Yuo may think about the update (or that 3/4 was only 2 years apart) what you want, but this is a fact: Nexus isnt just a "player". Its a deep synthesizer. :)

:phones: Many of the critics here love the Nexus 4 and its sounds the best. Can you get better or the same quality sound in Omnisphere? Of course you can. Has the Omnisphere user bought the Nexus 4? probably. In the end it's what we do with the sounds that matters.

Nexus is a beast, Omnisphere and Avenger are beasts too. Start enjoying the great sounds that these synthesizers offer, and you will see how beautiful they sound, let's stop criticizing and make good music, in the end that's the only thing that matters...do you think that the one who listens to your song on Spotify will wonder if the pad, or the background lead is from Nexus, Omni, Dune or Avenger or whatever?... :ud:

There's an old one called Hardcore Italia.
More BPM please

Oh yeah I hadn't seen that. Was a Nexus 2 expansion according to the YT video.

It does sound very dated now, tbh, but some of it would be usable in modern Hardcore. The kicks are really old.

At £58 for a N2 expansion, i'll wait for a sale or just not bother. If it was current hardcore would be worth the high price.

Nexus 3 owners, we’re now half way to finding out if there’s going to be a less insulting deal to switch to Nexus 4! Y’all excited?

Yes it's old. Millenium hardcore style.

For current hardcore better look at Serum stuff.

Good news. The basic problem was not so much the upgrade price as such little new stuff to justify it. If sep outs appear with a $99 upgrade price, I’m in.

Tell Mike to wait a couple of months, then release the update as Nexus 5 and charge £99 for it. Worked out well for him last time.

That's a huge jump from the current version (4.0.9) given Nexus4 was released only around 6 months ago. Anyway, looking forward to it. I hope the update will be as significant as the version number. And maybe some free new presets?

Having just entered the Nexus ecosystem, I'm looking forward to any/all updates. This is a great tool for inspiration and has allowed me to get from idea to execution easily, which I appreciate. 🙂

I would really love a follow up of the Guitars expansion with a more up-to-date sound. Guitars is one of the best Nexus expansions ever for me. I love it (and the new Vintage Synths). I think msvs (Manuel) is the creator for both, so hope he will consider this request. :)
