So they now give away the 30 effect plugins, that previously they were selling individually each.

I was against that practice anyway, but I relented and bought them all, NOW they change the plan and give them away.

This company make a great synth, but whoever is running their sales and marketing needs to stop the drugs they are on.

I get similar feeling. I've been buying those single snapins each time they were available (until I've upgraded to Ultimate) and now all are free.
However, it seems they've risen the prices for other (premium they call it?) plugins. Maybe they will honor customers like us when they release new plugs?

I bought Phase Plant for $88, Multipass for $29, I was given 3 x $30 loyalty vouchers which I used to buy $39 Snapins for $9 each, at least one of the EQ for free and the second for peanuts (or even free), a few more free Snapins from CM too. I bought a couple of the premium ones during one of their many 50% off sales and then I bought the rest with a 100e sub voucher.

Suffice to say, I feel like I got a pretty good deal on their stuff overall and personally I don't feel cheated that many of the Snapins I paid for are now free to new users. Any kind of restructuring is bound to ruffle a few feathers.

I think I need a better idea as to what patch parameters might be altered by the update. The devs must know exactly what's been changed and why.

That only says SnapHeap will have a new price from the 13th of June, not that it is free until then

Giving away 30 FX and a modular host for free is pretty good marketing. You got unlucky and you're miffed, that's fair, but they've surely calculated that upsetting a few people such as yourselves (a latecomer no less, not a loyal customer since the beginning) is a fair price to pay for encouraging new custom with better value products moving forward. The old model wasn't great and had to change. Let's say you had waited 5 months and were now getting software at a massively reduced price compared to those of us who invested earlier, would you be getting miffed on our behalf or would you be quietly snapping up a bargain?

Someone has to get the sharp end of the stick and this time it was you (and me, since I have also spent a fair chunk of money in the last 18months buying Snapins that are now free).

Apparently , you should have been getting a monthly voucher from them. Which people used to get snap ins.

I've bought PP last February and received € 30 vouchers on March 3, April 3 and May 3. And I've used them all, mostly to buy stuff that is now free Still I've spent only € 37,00 on that stuff.

So I've just sent them an e-mail with a request to send me a free content bank or something.

Hmmmm I first came on board over 18 months ago I think, I might have gotten 4 or so coupons in the time, you know of one of them.
Where did you hear that they do them monthly?
Even the wording on them doesn't suggest monthly.
